At Princess Highway, we want you to love your vintage-inspired garments, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all full-priced items. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it for a refund or store credit provided it is in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your unworn items with all original labels and swing tags into a secure shipping satchel or box.

• 3.
  Post Your Parcel

  Print your generated shipping label, attach it to the front of your package, and drop it off at any authorized post office or collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
